Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Area:
    We currently offer Free delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 
    We offer Worldwide delivery. Shipping fee will be charge at checkout.
    All international orders must be paid. We are not offering Cash on Delivery (COD) on international orders.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery across the UAE
    • Worldwide Delivery: A delivery charge of 150 to 200 AED will be charge depends on your delivery address. We will handle the custom clearance, VAT and all other taxes. 
  • Processing & Delivery Time:
    • UAE Orders Processing: Orders are shipped within 1 business day.
    • UAE Delivery Time: Items are delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch. Mostly orders delivered next day placed before 9:00 PM
    • International Orders Processing: Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
    • International Delivery Time: Items are delivered within 5-15 days after dispatch depends on your country.
  • Stock Availability:
    All items are in stock. In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a similar alternative. If you agree to the replacement, we will dispatch it as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

While we do not accept returns, we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

  • Exchange Window:
    Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Exchange Charges:
    A fee of 40 AED will be applied for each exchange within Dubai. We will arrange a driver within this cost.
    For International orders buyers need to return the item at our address. Buyer will be responsible for return cost.
  • Condition:
    Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
